Synopsis
A twenty-something woman living in New York City who buys a kidney off the black market. After her transplant, she finds that has the magical power to command anyone to do anything she wants.

The goal for this project was to position the show within the market as a comp for Flea Bag, but with magic. The priority was to showcase that the show is contemporary fiction with a funny, messy, relatable female protagonist, and a bit of a fantasy flair.

With Tatiana Maslany as the lead, Power Trip immediately had the potential to tap into the existing fanbase behind Orphan Black and Orphan Black: The next Chapter, as well as Marvel’s powerful fanbase, with the launch of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Developing merchandise within the brand of Power Trip, that also felt true to Tatiana’s brand in a way that resonate with those other fanbases, was key piece of our larger strategy around fanning the flame of Power Trip’s burgeoning fandom.
